Journalist, filmmaker, and post-production specialist with more than fifteen years of experience across independent journalism, documentary, feature film, and branded storytelling.
She was the Content Director at Nómada, and her journalism and media credits include collaborations with The Guardian, El Faro, The Intercept, PBS, and VICE on HBO. In that field, she also worked with international foundations and development organizations, among them Open Society Foundations, the Ford Foundation, the National Endowment for Democracy, the Seattle International Foundation, and Hivos.
Her film credits include post-production roles on more than eight feature films, spanning supervision, editorial, DIT, and large-scale data workflows. She was also a professor of visual media and post-production at Universidad Francisco Marroquín. Her commercial portfolio includes projects for The World's 50 Best Restaurants, JW Marriott, Hyatt Centric, Pepsi, Nissan, Mitsubishi, and Walmart.
Across these roles, she moves between editorial development and technical execution, contributing at stages from early development through final delivery.
She collaborates with filmmakers, media organizations, brands, and cultural institutions across Latin America and the United States. Her editorial approach is grounded in careful observation, curiosity, and clarity, with a particular interest in migration and cultural identity.
